Description
LUBRIPLATE FloKool XX Dark Cutting Oil is a premium, heavy-duty cutting oil of the sulfur saponifiable type. LUBRIPLATE FloKool XX Dark Cutting Oil is medium in viscosity, possesses the proper type and percentage of anti-weld properties. LUBRIPLATE FloKool XX Dark Cutting Oil is highly recommended for all types of high-speed work, thread cutting, tapping and broaching and also recommended for automatic screw machines and turret lathes. It appears transparent on the work piece. LUBRIPLATE FloKool XX Dark Cutting Oil has been used very successfully on internal as well as external broaching. When encountering stringy metal during a broaching operation, the addition of 10% to 15% of FISKE?s Cloroil Concentrate to LUBRIPLATE FloKool XX Dark will improve the broaching operation. LUBRIPLATE FloKool XX Dark Cutting Oil is recommended for ferrous metals inclusive of aluminum. Not recommended for brass, bronze or copper.
